Township Officials lose their appeal on the illegal surveillance of off duty officers.

The Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) finds that the Township of Union violated the New Jersey Employer/Employee Relations Act when it refused to supply a list of Jobs-In-Blue program vendors to PBA Local 69 and when it conducted surveillance of off-duty officers. This was in retaliation for PBA Local 69's advocacy in favor in continuing the Jobs-In-Blue Program and for their criticism of Township Officials.
